If you decide to cancel during your 2-week trial, we’ll miss having you as a part of the Designity community!

Here’s what will happen next:

  • No payment will be required for the trial period, and your account will be closed without any charges. This is under the condition that you followed the cancellation process.

  • Your Creative Team will stop work immediately, and any scheduled meetings will be canceled.

  • Access to the Designity portal will be suspended and all copyrights for work produced during the trial remain with Designity. Trial deliverables or source files cannot be used.

  • A quick chat with your Customer Success Manager is required. We’d love to hear your feedback!

  • If you decide to return within six months, while we won’t be able to offer another trial, you’re always welcome to sign up for one of our regular plans, and we’ll be excited to have you back.

We hope to hear from you again soon, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to work with you during your trial! Remember, trial cancellations must be made through your Designity portal.
