You hold the copyrights for your projects as long as your plan payments are kept current. Once a payment has been received, Designity will hand over the copyrights to any deliverables created during that billing cycle. If a payment is missed, the copyrights for work produced during the unpaid cycle will remain with Designity (meaning it cannot be legally used) until the regular plan payment and any fees have been settled.
Any work delivered during the trial period is owned by Designity until payment has been received. Early payment is accepted to obtain the full rights to your deliverables.
