If you're busy or don’t have enough projects to keep us fully engaged, you can pause your account for 2 weeks per quarter for $995 per pause instead of paying the full price of your plan.
Over time, you unlock the ability to pause your account for longer periods. For every quarter you remain with Designity, your pause allowance increases by two weeks, up to a maximum of eight weeks. This means:
After your first quarter, you can pause for 2 weeks.
After your second quarter, you can pause for 4 weeks.
After your third quarter, you can pause for 6 weeks.
After your fourth quarter, you can pause for 8 weeks.
When you pause, you:
Save your dedicated monthly hours by pushing out your renewal date
Retain your Creative Team
Maintain access to real-time competitive analysis
Keep access to your brand-trained AI agent
Stay connected via your Slack channels—and more
In order to pause, you can not have any unpaid invoices at the time of the request. Your plan will automatically activate again after the pause duration but you can also activate your account anytime during the pause with your account’s renewal date being extended by the duration of the pause. Any unused days from before the pause will be prorated to your reactivated plan.
Please note, no refunds will be provided for unused pause time.
Important: Someone from your Creative Team being on vacation does not require an account pause since we will have a substitute ready for you who will manage the account during their absence.You can request to pause your account directly in your Designity portal.
