You can pause your account for up to 2 weeks per quarter for $495, provided you have a settled zero balance at the time of the request. Your plan will automatically activate again after 2 weeks but you can also activate your account anytime during the pause with your account’s renewal date being extended by the duration of the pause. Any unused days from before the pause will be prorated to your reactivated plan.

Please note, no refunds will be provided for unused pause time.

Important: A Creative Director being on vacation does not require an account pause since we will have a substitute Creative Director ready for you who will manage the account during your Creative Director's absence.
