The trial period is an opportunity to experience Designity's creative-as-a-service (CaaS), observe the processes in action, review deliverables, and build a working relationship with your creative team.
During the Kick-Off Call, the first project and its project brief will be discussed. Based on the brief, your team will provide a comprehensive timeline for the first project(s) within 8 business hours, and work will begin accordingly. Please make sure to approve this timeline or request any changes. Approval of the timeline is needed to begin working on the project. Deliverables will be provided based on this timeline. Once a project is completed, you will receive final files and the work continues with your next projects.
To ensure satisfaction, your Customer Success Manager will check in with you midway through the trial and again at the end to ensure you are happy with your experience.
