The trial period is designed to give you a preview of Designity, our CaaS model and your creative team. You will not be charged unless you continue working with Designity after the trail period ends. If you decide Designity isn’t a good fit for you within trial period days, you'll owe us nothing.
If you choose to continue with us past the trial, the trial period will count toward your first pay period.
Important Notes:
If you do not cancel your trial before it ends, your plan will automatically continue, and payment for the first pay period will be required.
All cancellations must be requested through your Designity portal and cannot be accepted through any other method. Cancellations require a quick chat with our Customer Success Manager.
