If you feel like you're not aligning with your Creative Director, we’re here to help find the best solution. Collaboration takes time, and sometimes small adjustments can improve the working relationship.

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Communicate First – If you’re experiencing challenges, we recommend addressing them directly with your Creative Director. Clear expectations and open discussions can often resolve misalignment.

  2. Strategy Session – In some cases, a strategy session may help align goals and expectations before considering a change.

  3. Reach Out to Your Customer Success Manager – If issues persist, contact your Customer Success Manager through the chat feature in your portal or via email. They can help facilitate a conversation or suggest adjustments to improve collaboration.

  4. Creative Director Reassignment – If after these steps you still feel the fit isn’t right, we’ll explore reassigning you to a new Creative Director. This process typically takes about two weeks, including a transition period where your new Creative Director will review your project details to ensure a seamless handoff.
