Log in to your portal at clients.designity.com.
Schedule your Kick-Off Call within 48 hours. If the call isn’t scheduled within that time, your Creative Director may be reassigned to another client.
Submit your brand information and first project request through the portal, if you haven’t already.
Attend your Kick-Off Call—this officially begins your trial. Be sure to join the call from a computer and be fully focused.
During the call, you’ll discuss your first project in detail, including expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
If your first project request was submitted before or during the call, your Creative Director will send you a detailed project timeline within 8 business hours through your Designity portal.
You’ll then have a strategy session to align further.
Your creative team will begin work, and you’ll receive your first deliverables according to the timeline.
