You can modify your plan in the following way:

  1. Upgrade / Downgrade

    1. Upgrades: Can be requested anytime and go into effect immediately. The first payment is prorated until the plan's renewal date.

    2. Downgrades: Can be requested anytime and take effect with the next plan renewal.

  2. Add / Remove Add-Ons

    1. Adding Add-Ons: Effective immediately or on the date you choose with prorated payment until the renewal date. Recurring add-ons renew together with the regular plan.

    2. Removing Add-Ons: Takes effect with the next plan renewal.

  3. Pause / Unpause

    1. Pause: Can be requested anytime as long as you have a settled zero balance and either takes effect immediately or after the current plan period. Pausing is limited to 2 weeks per quarter with a one-time fee of $995. Plans automatically reactivate after 2 weeks.

    2. Unpause: Can happen anytime during the 2-week pause and goes into effect immediately. No refund for remaining pause fees can be provided.

  4. Cancel Trial / Plan

    1. Trial: Must be canceled before the trial ends. All future meetings are canceled, and you lose the rights to the delivered work. A conversation with the Customer Success Manager and a completed modification form through the client portal are required.

    2. Plan: Must be canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Cancellation requests require a conversation with the Customer Success Manager and a completed modification form through the client portal.

  5. Change Billing Cycle

    1. You can switch between monthly, quarterly, or yearly billing cycles based on your preference.

      1. Quarterly Plans: Receive a $1,500 discount, renew every 3 months, and require an upfront payment for the 3-month period.

      2. Yearly Plans: Receive a $10,800 discount, renew every 12 months, and require an upfront payment for the 12-month period.

    2. The change will take effect with the next billing cycle.

    3. You can still pause, upgrade, or downgrade your plan as needed.

    4. Cancellation requires at least 7 days' notice before the renewal date.

For further guidance, you can contact your Customer Success Manager.
