You can cancel your Designity account (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) at any time, provided you follow these steps and terms:

  1. ​Log into the Designity Portal:

    1. Visit clients.designity.com/billing.

  2. Navigate to Modification Section:

    1. Select the option for Pause / Unpause / Cancel.

  3. Complete the Process:

    1. Follow the on-screen prompts to finalize the cancellation.

    2. Set up a call with your Customer Success Manager.

Important Notes

  • Notice Period:

    • Cancellations must be initiated at least 7 days before your renewal date.

  • Methods of Cancellation:

    • Cancellations and account modifications are only accepted through the Designity portal and cannot be accepted any other way.

    • Creative Directors, Account Executives, or Customer Success Managers cannot cancel your plan on your behalf.

  • ​Automatic Renewal:

    • If cancellation terms are not followed, your plan may be automatically renewed.
